Do I have to subscribe for a minimum length of time when I choose the monthly subscription?

No, and you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking here: subscription@iplaythepiano.com.

Are subscriptions renewed automatically?

The monthly subscription is renewed automatically (but can be canceled at any time). The annual subscription is not renewed automatically.

Which lessons are included in the subscription?

All the lessons on the site are accessible when you subscribe. The complete list is here. Currently, there are 116 classes available, all levels combined.

Do I need a specific application or program to view the lessons?

No. A regular browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome) will allow you to watch the lessons once you sign in to your account.

I would like to cancel my subscription. How do I do so?

Simply send an email to subscription@iplaythepiano.com.
We will cancel your subscription within 24 hours.

How do I use a promotional code?

To get the discount associated with your promotional code, you need to simply type the code in the box provided, on the page that follows after you create your account.

Are the videos of the lessons compatible with my Apple iPhone or iPad?

Yes. The video format allows you to watch the lessons on your iPhone, iPad, and any other smartphone or tablet.

Is it possible to subscribe and only use an iPhone or an iPad?

That will work fine, as long as you have access to 3G internet or a wireless connection.
